About Our Colon Regulating Products

All three of our colon regulating herbal formulas help cleanse the colon and small intestine of hardened mucus (mucoid plaque) & long retained toxins.

They are formulated with ingredients that are known to help purify the digestive system and can help fix issues which cause irregular bowel movements. If you have traditionally depended on coffee, magnesium supplements, or over-the-counter laxatives and stool softeners for regularity, it's important to be aware that these solutions might not only mask, but can potentially exacerbate, underlying health issues such as liver or gallbladder toxicity, an underactive thyroid, or parasitic infections.

The goal with these colon regulating herbal formulas is to become “regular”; that means, having one bowel movement for every meal eaten in a day. 3 meals = 3 B.M.’s daily. We call this “One Meal in, One Meal Out”. If you can’t achieve this yet, it’s important for your health that you try to get yourself to a place where you can have at least 1 full expel a day, usually in the morning.

Our handcrafted Colon-1 capsules are formulated with only all-natural ingredients known to alleviate digestive issues like constipation, indigestion, and IBS. This combination of psyllium husk and organ supporting herbs gently help to "sweep" out toxins, parasitic waste and mucoid plaque deposits which ultimately helps to gently detoxify our liver, gallbladder, and intestines with their cleansing properties and mild anti-parasitic effects.

Additionally, these all natural ingredients are known for their anti-inflammatory and healing qualities, which are particularly beneficial for conditions such as colitis, Candida overgrowth, and bowel inflammation.

While highly effective for those with issues of GERD, chronic constipation or laxative dependencies you wish to get off of, these capsules are not suitable for individuals experiencing diarrhea. For such cases, we recommend our Colon Detox Powder, to be used until the symptoms of diarrhea subside.

The ingredients used in our Colon-1 Regulating capsules are 100% all-natural and free from additives, preservatives, and other fillers typically found in over-the-counter medications. They work synergistically to support colon health by improving bowel movement regularity, detoxifying the digestive tract, reducing inflammation, and promoting the health of mucous membranes.

Senna Leaf: Enhances colon motility, effectively stimulating bowel movements and aiding in the relief of constipation.

How to use Colon-1 Regulator Formula

• To stay regular and replace popular over the counter brands of bulk forming laxatives and fiber supplements which contain harmful ingredients such maltodextrin, aspartame, yellow 6 & Red #40 dye

• If you can no longer go to the bathroom without over the counter store bought laxatives & magnesium pills, these can be used to re-strengthen the colon after a long time laxative dependency so you’ll be able to go on your own again.

• For those with minor or severe constipation

• Colon-1 Regulators can and should be used in combination with our Colon Detox Powder for a 9-90 day colon cleanse which is the root cleanse for all other cleanses we offer.

Dosage Information:

• Recommended to start with 1 capsule ONCE A DAY in the evening before bed with 8oz of water. The more water you drink with these the better.

• You may increase your dose by one pill as needed each night, until you are experiencing a bowel movement after each meal “One Meal in, One Meal Out” or at least a full expel the next morning.

• If you don’t have a full expel the next morning you can increase your dose by 1 pill each night.

• A good rule of thumb is to take as many of the herbal capsules as it has been days since you last went to the bathroom. So if you haven’t gone in 2 days, you can begin with 2 pills, etc. If you haven’t gone in over 5 days, still only start with 3 and work your way up by increasing the dose by 1 pill each night until bowel movements feel easier and come out more smoothly.

• Listen to your body. If you’re cramping and feeling like things are coming out a little too intensely the next morning.. then taper it back by 1 pill until you find your own perfect dose that’s comfortable for you.

• The herbal pills are a bulk forming and cleansing laxative, but they are made gentle on purpose so you can adjust your dose accordingly to your own needs, very slowly and safely.

• Normally a person may only need 1 colon pill, someone with a lot of constipation may need 3-6. A person unable to go to the bathroom for 5-7 days at a time, may eventually need to work their way up to 14 pills a night in order to get their colon moving, but those are very rare situations. If you do have constipation that severe, please contact us or a health professional for a consultation as there are many other all natural products and many foods & recipes you can make at home that can help too.

• If experience any type of explosive diarrhea when taking Colon-1 herbal colon regulators, immediately discontinue use and begin taking Colon Detox Powder until diarrhea subsides. Diarrhea is usually a sign of deeper colon toxicity.

Who Can Take Colon Cleansing Herbal Products

• Colon-1 Regulators are meant to be taken by those who do not have regular bowel movements or those doing all natural cleanses that are expelling more toxins than normal while cleansing.

• These formulas may be taken by those with colostomies, portions of or the entire colon removed, and those who have had the gallbladder removed.

Cautions for Colon Regulating Products

IMPORTANT! Do not take if you are taking prescription blood thinners (Warfarin, Coumadin®, Ticlopidine, Plavix®, Eliquis®, and any others) or aspirin, since many herbs used already have natural blood thinning effects!!

• Reduce dose or stop taking this formula if forceful watery diarrhea occurs. (NOTE: There is a big difference between things being more loose than normal and explosive watery diarrhea.)

• In the rare case of watery diarrhea occurring with a regulating formula at any time, immediately begin taking Colon-3 Detox Powder. This slows down the diarrhea, and both formulas can be taken in a 24 hour period.
