This oil is great to be used as a flavorant for hot teas and cold drinks! It’s even tasty just in plain water with a drop of stevia. Drinking it this way is also beneficial as it helps to alkalize the blood and boost the immune system.
It is a tonic and restorative, raising the energy of the physical body and helping to relieve fatigue and weakness. As an internal tonic, it adds a very pleasant taste to a juice or tea. It can also be used in tonic formulas to relieve stagnation and lighten the flavor of medicinal herbs. For hardening of tissues–use in a bath and/or massage on a daily basis.
It is antiviral and antiseptic, and helps boost the immune system. It has anti-sclerotic properties (the ability to reverse hardening of tissues, including scar tissue and blood vessels).
