Atlas cedar essential oil is an ancient oil, once used in the Egyptian ascension process. This oil comes from the Atlas Mountains of Morocco.
Used for centuries by the people of the Moroccan region, this essential oil is an excellent skin emollient known to increase blood circulation and nourishes the skin with its moisturizing properties. It is also a helpful tool for treating fungal infections, and dandruff, as well as stimulating new hair growth. Traditionally, it has even been used to reduce plaque build up in blood vessels.
Atlas cedar is also a diuretic, helping the body to release excess water and fat stored in cells. It has been found to reduce cellulite and stimulate lymph drainage, especially when combined with external massage.
