Bergamot

from $3.42

Inhaling the deeply penetrating aroma of bergamot can assist in creating new patterns of acceptance, and lighten our feelings of heaviness, sadness, fear, and criticism.

It helps us to release old patterns of self-judgement and self-hatred that keep us from expressing all of who we are, and keep us over concerned with what others are thinking about us.

Observations and Anecdotal Information

This oil is bio-dynamically grown, which means it was harvested and produced organically and in conscious co-creation with the nature spirits, weather patterns and seasonal cycles.

Bergamot is a tonic to the bladder and urinary system; it will gradually rebuild these organs and restore vibrant health, when used consistently and combined with dietary changes. It can be used internally in a semi-homeopathic dilution for this purpose.

Bergamot essential oil can be combined with terebenthine pine and applied topically in a compress to the bladder area to reverse incontinence or loss of urinary control.

It is also very helpful in blends to balance mood swings due to hormonal imbalance, in which case it can be applied to the abdomen or diffused and inhaled. Bergamot relieves nervousness and anxiety, and is such a likable aroma that many children and sensitive adults find it desirable when other oils are not tolerated.
