What Causes Snoring?

Your snoring is caused by the relaxing of the muscle in the back of your throat over time. That’s way snoring can increase as we get older and with drinking which also both further help to relax that muscle. Our blend helps contract that muscle, while keeping your body, your mind and all your other muscles relaxed.

Directions

Shake well and massage on neck, upper back and chest just before going to bed to help with snoring & sleep apnea. For added relief rub on the bottom of your big toes. For best results, try sleeping on your side, with a wedge pillow or with 2 pillows to sleep on an incline.

In the beginning we suggest that you use this every night for at least the first 7 nights and then use as needed. Most people find this isn’t something they have to use every night after they’ve used it for awhile and most are able to switch to 1-3 nights a week as needed.
