What Causes Snoring?

Your snoring is caused by the relaxing of the muscle in the back of your throat over time. That’s way snoring can increase as we get older and with drinking which also both further help to relax that muscle. Our blend helps contract that muscle, while keeping your body, your mind and all your other muscles relaxed.

But that isn’t the only oil we use that has healing properties. All of the essential oils we use in this blend are geared to help you get a nice rejuvenating deep sleep, while boosting your immune system and keeping your sacred sleep space snore free.

Directions

Diffuse 5 drops throughout the night while sleeping or put 10-15 drops in a diffuser 20 minutes before bedtime to let the air saturate with the oil and then turn off the diffuser before going to bed. There should be enough of the healing oils saturated in the air by that time to help through the night.

In the beginning we suggest that you use this every night for at least the first 7 nights and then use as needed. Most people find this isn’t something they have to use every night after they’ve used it for awhile and most are able to switch to 1-3 nights a week as needed.
