Lavender Grosso Essential Oil
Lavender grosso essential oil is a universally appreciated aromatic that is loved by young children, sensitive people, and even well tolerated by dogs and horses.
Energetically, lavender is calming and stabilizing. Inhaling it reduces mood swings, and calms over-active behavior. It is an aromatic that builds trust, calming the mind and making it easier to say what we mean, with kindness, compassion and truth.
Inhaling it increases a sense of security and peace, and allows one to be present in the moment. It is especially fine for calming children before bedtime, as it eases the transition into sleep. It is great for dispelling bad dreams and relieving insomnia.
Lavender grosso essential oil’s wonderful aroma neutralizes the effects of EMF’s and negative environmental energy, transforming incoherent and chaotic frequencies into coherent, life-enhancing frequencies. It can be diffused in homes and workplaces for this purpose.

Observations and Anecdotal Information
Years ago, the first time I purchased South African lavender grosso essential oil, I opened the bottle and was immediately disappointed. I could not fathom how the herby green, rough smelling aroma could possibly be a true lavender.
At that time, I did not yet understand how essential oils modify and change as they age. I set the oil aside in my studio and forgot about it.
Some months later, my attention was drawn by the small bottle of South African lavender, which dowsed very strong for a client I was helping.
Curiously, I opened the bottle and inhaled–wow, was I surprised! The most heavenly and vibrant lavender aroma filled the air, and I now noticed the incredible level of life force present in this oil.
From that moment, South African lavender grosso essential oil has been my favorite lavender oil for many applications. It is not available every year, but when it is–I am ready to acquire it on a moment’s notice, as I know it will not last long on the market.
Lavender, the true “universal oil”, is a gift from the plant world. It is useful for so many conditions and purposes, including burns, cuts, wounds, skin and hair care, blood sugar imbalances, heart, nerve, and muscular pain, deep relaxation, headaches, emotional and mental harmony and balance, and many others.
