Myrrh Essential Oil
Myrrh essential oil is one of the ancient biblical oils of the holy land, valued as gold and frankincense.

Observations and Anecdotal Information
Many people use myrrh essential oil to regenerate a depleted thyroid gland. It can be made into a homeopathic dilution and taken internally for this purpose. Myrrh increases thyroid production and helps balance thyroxine in the blood.
It is also a great support for recovering from a chronic or long term illness. It helps to increase the white blood cell count.
For many centuries, eastern Asian cultures have used myrrh in formulas for healing injuries, especially strains, contusions, sprains, and broken bones. It can be blended with other oils and applied to the skin as a poultice; or added to grain alcohol in combination with other oils, for a healing liniment.
