Red Mandarin Essential Oil
Red mandarin essential oil is known to be good for balancing and stabilizing the emotional body and the human energy field. It can potentially be a great oil for children with ADD or hyperactivity, as it is stabilizing and mentally calming (it can be diffused and inhaled for that purpose). It is also a wonderful essential oil for the solar plexus and heart energy centers, and can help bring resolve and completion to issues connected with those energy centers.
Aromatic Profile
Top note: Intensely sweet, fresh, juicy, fruity, citrus notes
Heart Note: Fruity, citrus, soft floral, neroli notes
Base Note:
Classification: Top note
Tenacity: Low to medium
Commercially produced red and yellow mandarin essential oils often contain a slight “fishy” note in the top note aroma, due to a natural constituent that is formed at high temperatures. Our artisan produced red mandarin essential oil is entirely free of that “fishy” top note, and has a beautiful and very light floral quality to the aroma.
